Abstract This research aims to determine the effects of brand credibility and brand congruence on future intentions, perceived value, and spectators’ satisfaction among the fans of a first division football team by combining two complementary methodological approaches, lineal models (the PROCESS macro) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The effects of brand credibility and brand congruence were tested in a sample of 536 fans of a first division Spanish football club aged from 18 to 70 (70.2% men). Some gifted players are undermined by weak media exposure while some less talented players who actively engage in social media and attract fans in millions benefit from exorbitant contracts. Abstract Analysis of entrepreneurs' motives in the framework of organizational behavior theory is a popular research area regarding female entrepreneurship. This study analyzes women entrepreneurs' motives (propensity for risk, finding a work–life balance, desire to develop business skills, need to seek self-employment, and desire to earn more than in paid employment) to achieve survival of their businesses through crisp set qualitative comparative analysis (csQCA). Analysis yields the following results: 1) women whose motive is to pursuit a better work–life balance are less likely to success; and 2) women whose motive is risk-taking are more likely to success.

Use of infrastructures to support innovative entrepreneurship and business growth

Abstract This research examines the relationship between growth and the use of support infrastructures for innovative entrepreneurship. The study considers three types of support infrastructure: incubators, technology centers, and universities. Employing crisp-set qualitative comparative analysis (csQCA), the study tests the existence of such relationships using empirical data from a sample ( n = 107) of young innovative companies. Results show that combining the use of incubators, technology centers, and universities can positively affect young innovate companies' growth.
Why and how to use enterprise social media platforms: The employee’s perspective

Abstract Literature supports the relevance of knowledge sharing in a company. Considering that social media plays an important role in this process, this paper analyzes the antecedents and consequences of the use of enterprise social media platforms according to the employee's perception.
